Responsibilities

The Client Retention Specialist (CRS) is directly responsible to the Store Manager for on time payments of all assigned accounts. Payments include rental charges, late fees, trip fees, receivable amounts, and any other fees as appropriate. The Client Retention Specialist will work in concert and as a team member with other Client Retention Specialists to ensure past due accounts are maintained within company standards. Position has potential to lead into management field.

Requirements

One year account management experience with collections focus. Must have excellent communications skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Must pass mouth swab drug test as Rent One is a Drug-free Workplace.
