Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in the store's sales process to grow revenues and customers and to ensure the following: 1) accurate cash and inventory control, 2) accurate and verified customer information, 3) management of customer accounts in accordance with company standards, 4) hire, train and evaluate the best coworkers to maximize performance, 5) develop and schedule coworkers to maximize performance and efficiency, 6) all merchandise is clean and organized in rent ready condition, 7) administrative paperwork and on-line reporting is timely and accurate, and 8) vehicles are safely operated and maintained.

Requirements

Minimum of one year sales experience. Leadership experience with hiring and developing multiple coworkers and credit control a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Must comply with Drug-Free workplace program and pass post offer mouth swab drug test.
