Responsibilities

The Parts Manager is directly responsible to assist the Service Manager 1) Organize PC Department part orders, 2) Create P/O for Orders, 3) Order Parts (Daily), 4) Receive in Parts, 5) File Orders and Bills, 6) Hand out Parts to techs, and 7) Monitor On Stock Part levels and Order when needed. In addition, the Parts Manager will manage the PC parts process for Rent One stores. When necessary, the Parts Manager will also assist in general control of service inventory arriving and departing the service center by knowing how to 1) receive and transfer service inventory, 2) create, add to and complete a service ticket, and 3) prepare a service route when needed.

Requirements

Administrative experience managing inventory is required. Parts and service experience a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Must comply with drug free workplace program and pass a mouth swab post offer drug test.
